It’s tough narrowing down the best women’s college players in the game today, but RugbyMag.com was lucky enough to see many of the 24 athletes below compete on the national stage.

The teams you’d expect to have multiple representatives – Penn State, Stanford, Women’s Cougar Rugby (BYU), Navy and DII’s Norwich – all progressed deep into the playoffs. Those who didn’t see playing time at nationals have been identified by national selectors, like Meya Bizer and Ashley Okonta, who joined the USA 7s Eagles on the final leg of the IRB Women’s Challenge Cup in Europe.

Even so, the below list could be greatly expanded to include players who had fantastic years leading their teams, but unfortunately, their talent wasn’t regularly tested against the highest caliber teams.
