Uruguay in the Bronze Medal Game will be a tough proposition warned USA Head Coach Al Caravelli.

"We are improving every game," said Caravelli. "I told the guys we made a big improvement from yesterday, and we need to continue to play in the moment. We want to build from this last game. Uruguay is a really tough opponent. They did a great job against Argentina. They will try to score early and then try to grind it out; try to starve you of possession."

So this game is crucial - some of the players weren't even aware they get to play for the Bronze medal - but also important for the future.

"We need to try to correct the mistakes we made [against Canada] and also build towards the start of the World Series."

"We've kind of focused on what we nee dto do on the breakdown offensively and defensively, and it's something we will be focusing on in this game," added prop Blaine Scully.

They will have to. In the backs, the USA can score on Uruguay any time, but they need the ball to do it.
