Word is that a movie script is being shopped around Hollywood that chronicles the Perry Street Pride (formerly Hyde Rugby) team from the DC area.

Perry Street Prep School is a charter school located in Ward 5 in DC, and is a primarily African-American school. The program has been run by rugby coach and ska musician Tal Bayer, who started the program and got one of his players, PJ Komongnan onto the USA 7s team.

Lou DiGiaimo is one of the producers and says the story of the team is inspiring.
