Men's DI College Top 25, Dec. 8, 2010
Rankings - Men DI College

Only one ranked team was in action over the weekend, signaling the halt of college play for the holiday break. Accordingly, this is the final DI ranking of 2010.

That one ranked team was Texas State, who made the short drive to Austin for a Friday night game with the rival Longhorns. The game was extremely close, with Texas pulling out the 22-20 victory with a try near the 75th minute. The loss drops Texas State to 2-1, the same as league opponents Texas and Sam Houston. Sam Houston beat UT, State beat Sam Houston and UT beat State, so we'll let them all duke it out again in the spring to tell us who is better.

The other game of consequence over the weekend was the Civil War, an annual battle between Oregon and Oregon State. The host Beavers dominated the contest, shutting out the Ducks 42-0, and move into our list at No. 25.
