The Bayonne Rugby Club edged Danbury 20-17 Saturday in a key Men’s DII club match in MetNY.

Wing Mike Vogt scored two tries, center Chris Arnold added one and outside center Kevin Dempsye slotted a key drop goal in the victory.

With the win, and Danbury getting a close-loss bonus point, they are tied at 22 points. Meanwhile Union also won over Lansdowne, putting them, like Bayonne, at 5-2 and at 22 points.

So it all comes down to Sunday. All of these teams are making up snowed out matches on Sunday.

Danbury clashes with Union, while Bayonne plays 2-4 Princeton. Any of those three can secure 2^nd in the league, while Montauk has 1^st place wrapped up.
