Finally some lower-ranked teams won some games in the College Premier Division. Tennessee, Penn State, Arizona State, and San Diego State all beat higher-ranked opponents.

It's worth noting that all those winners were playing at home. It's certainly not surprise to see Arizona State win, as the last time they played Arizona it was a one-point game. Tennessee won over an A&M team that had to travel a long way, and Penn State won a really close one. If there's one real upset, it's San Diego State, who hadn't looked like they could take down Cal Poly, and certainly not by 16 points!

So that mixes a bunch of this up. Army (who almost lost to Kutztown), and Dartmouth slip down below Penn State. Penn State has to move up after beating Dartmouth, and really, almost by default, Navy finds itself up six places to #7.

Arizona State moves up a couple of places after their win, while Arizona, unsurprisingly, moves down. Central Washington drifts down three spots in part because of the promotions of other teams.

San Diego State moves up five places to #15, and Tennessee climbs seven spots to #18.

Teams lower down can move up by winning, or hanging close with a team. Had Rutgers scored two more tries, and kept Navcy under 40, they might have moved up. Oklahoma, too, could have moved up had they scored a couple of tries.
