			<description><![CDATA[Agree with jiggalig, many d3 players could play at a higher level, but the options are not always there for more remote teams. However, many teams could move up but old team politics prevent them i.e. Old Gaelic and Harrisburg.]]></description>

The skill level is every bit as good as D2 and D1, you just don't have the same number of skilled players on a single team. Almost every D3 club has members who would be outstanding players on D1 clubs but they simply don't have the option due to location or population.]]></description>
