			<description><![CDATA[Interesting that the region that Rugby Mag had anointed as the toughest- Socal may only have one team representing in the final 16. Would Rugby mag say these are the top 16 teams in the country in D1? The Midwest is the only region with all 4 of its teams still in. but we would most likely agree they had an easy route through the south. Palmer the one seed had a bye!! So which region is the strongest? Is this the true top 16? If not what should USA rugby change ? ( maybe taking away seedings from the south would be a start, and possibly grading the regions so the top region plays the lowest ranked region to get the big games at the end)]]></description>
