			<description><![CDATA["Collegiate rugby needs to unify and get organized to drive for credibility and growth." I'd much prefer if they follow the model of the College Football National championships. A highly complex, arcane computer ranking system, a Coaches Poll, a Writer's Poll. Gives us all something to chatter about instead of working. Oh and finish the season in Nov, play the championship in February. Doesnt seem to bother gridiron fans, they turn out in droves.]]></description>
