			<description><![CDATA[Great Article! I don't understand why, if you've got a great athlete in camp you don't do more with them. They should all spend time learning kicking skills, to scrum half and play fly half OR if size permits learn to play Prop and Hooker. If you've got these guys full time and you aren't creating well rounded Rugby players there's something wrong with the entire mindset of the program. Good news for those great athletes just on the outside of Eagle Camp selection. Commit to the right teams for LVI (teams like Belmont, Chicago play v intl sides), Nationals and the Glendale Tournament where the Eagles played against Serevi Selects, Belmont Tigers, the All Americans etc... There are more chances to make your mark than ever.]]></description>
