			<description><![CDATA[Pretty glaring. Once we start seeing the majority of Eagles who have been playing the game since High School, we will see a rise in competitiveness . Hopefully the single school push currently going on will help remedy that. The next step would then be college scholarships. I think we are on the right path, but Rome wasn't built in a day. Still too many good athletes either not playing in HS or not continuing to play once they get done with HS]]></description>
