to gunnar: Are there to be post-season individual player awards based on statistical performance (points per game, tries per game, total tries, total points)? I haven't heard of any. If there are, and if the result were based on total whatevers, then you multiply by 7, divide by six and we're all square. Any whatevers per game measure wouldn't be affected.

So my question is: How, through no fault of their own, do the players on the teams in the Mid-South Conference compete in the various CPD Statistical Categories, if they only play a six match season, when the teams in the three other conferences will be playing a seven match regular season?

The question is not who is the worst but why are they in the CPD. I think the CDP is about 7 teams too big.

This competition is pretty simple to figure out. Cal and BYU are the best by a mile. So, who is the worst team in the CPD? Claremont? Wyoming? Ohio State? Oklahoma?
