			<description><![CDATA[Those of you who go around bad mouthing cross over athletes as carpetbaggers who don't care about the sport...I hope you're taking note. Some cross overs are in the best position to grow the sport not just as athletes but using the goodwill of their time spent on the gridiron. Not giving Mr. Aldridge all the credit but it is nice to see some positives about the new recruits regardless of their making the national team.]]></description>
