I really hope that Matt Hawkins is not invited back to any of the 7's assemblies. He is a cancer to the team and seems to quit and come back repeatedly. I look forward to the Eagles moving forward with this core group.

If we are trying to play with speed, athleticism and youthfulness-winger from Sacramento/northern California that actually ran the fastest 40m at the All-American 7's camp/tourney in Chula vista last August. Only knock is that he had only played rugby for half a year. Seems to be the problem with the eagles, our top athletes lack experience. They need to be engulfed with the game day-in and day-out.

If you don't have a guy on that team that can't hit a drop kick at that angle and that distance...you need to reassess your team. If you did have a kicker who could and, as you say it, "our kickers were tired.”....then you need to reassess your fitness training!!

Seriously...wow....a 22m kick is doubtful at that level...come on coach....prove you actually want to play winning rugby and win....this is Al's replacement...we have a shot to win the bowl final and beat Kenya after beating Scotland and we doubt we can hit a 22m kick...way to back your players Mags...

You can sit here and pick apart this game all day saying what if this would have happened or that would have happened, what if the defenders didn't get sucked in when Kenya passed the ball and only Nu'u was out wide with no support, maybe Kenya wound't have scored; maybe if we would have made the penalty kick; what if we didn't have fumbles or dropped passes near our try line, perhaps the game would have been different. I'm sure all the boys will learn from their mistakes and as the boys gain more experience together at this level, and become more comfortable playing with one another, they will be an awesome team. GO TEAM USA!
