			<description><![CDATA[I thought ref made things hard for the US. He gave them an early yellow card for repeated infringement, even though the penalty that caused the card was not an infraction that he had called before. Later, when england was called for coming into the ruck from the side on four consecutive possessions, no yellow card. It really put the US on the back foot early in the game and made it hard for them to get into the game.]]></description>
