I have always felt that anyone that plays prop at the highest level of competition here in the States, should have been playing it for many many years! It is one of the most dangerous positions in the game. Years of experience is needed if your even thinking of going up against England. There are alot of good PROP PROPs & Not LOCK PROPS or HOOKER PROPS!

Agree with USA below. Fry is an outstanding athlete and competitor. they wouldn't have included him in the Churchill Cup squad if they didn't think that he could compete for a position on teh World Cup team and perform ON the field in NZ. Eddie's contact (I believe ) is up after the WOrld Cup. His focus is on the next four months, not the next four years.

Bring in that big bald SOB from BYU. Someone make him lose a few pounds, (about 30!). I've seen him play in the playoffs/National Championship games the past few years and he's one of the best, minus weighing over 300lbs.

Why are we playing Fry in an international match at front row when he has only played there two years? I am all for development but the World Cup is just a few months away. Unless they are planning to just to have him on the all airport team, see no real playign time, and get the experience from training with the national team.
