SEATTLE – Serevi Rugby™ and the College Recruitment Combine Program (CRCP) today officially announced an agreement to offer programming together in select geographies. Serevi Rugby™ will run three-hour clinics on the back end of CRCP’s Rugby Recruitment Combine.
With rugby growing rapidly in the U.S., this partnership will offer young players access to both skill development and college coaches.
Said Serevi Rugby™ co-founder Waisale Serevi, “As America begins to identify & develop tomorrow’s Olympians, this partnership provides a great opportunity for players to begin or accelerate their journeys. The combination of combine testing, college recruitment and skill clinics provides a true avenue for players to begin to live out their rugby dreams”
“Our 2013 slate is looking great. We’re thrilled to incorporate programming from Serevi Rugby in many locations. It sets our program apart,” said CRCP Director Ray Peterson. “We can truly say we are the best rugby recruiting program in the USA. College coaches get to see players. Kids and their parents get to ask critical questions of coaches and then hit the pitch to build skills. What more could a player ask for?”
Serevi Rugby and CRCP will partner at select locations, beginning in Boston, Mass. on Sunday January 13, 2013 and Las Vegas, Nevada on February 5th & 6th.
