UCLA to Hold Summer Women's Rugby Camp

The University of California Los Angeles Women’s Rugby team will be holding their three-day Summer Women’s Rugby Camp from August 17-19, running from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on the UCLA intramural fields.

All female rugby athletes ages 8-18 can join this summer on the beautiful UCLA campus for three days of first-class training with head coach John Wooler and special guest coach Kathy Flores, who has coached at the highest levels for nearly two decades with the US Women’s National Team and the Berkeley All Blues.

All campers will hone tactical, decision-making, and technical skills in an environment fostering teamwork and sportsmanship. Camp tuition includes a camp t-shirt, hydrating beverages, and lunch in UCLA Residential Restaurants. UCLA Athletic Training will be on duty to administer to minor injuries or illness.
