USA Rugby's head of Youth and High School Kurt Weaver speaks with RUGBYMag.com's Alex Goff about changes in High School and U19 rugby for 2012.

Weaver discussed how the National Championships for all divisions (Boys HS, Boys U19, Girls U19) will switch to an invitational, and how that process will work.

He also discussed the switch from U19 to High School Club, a change that will force U19 clubs to have all their players enrolled in high school.
