The New Jersey High School State Championships have been pared down to two teams in each division after semifinals on Saturday. All finals will be played Saturday at Rutgers University.
In the top high school club division, Union County and Morris will meet in a rematch of the past two Northeast championships after blowing out West Milford and Cape Storm, respectively, in the semifinals.
In the high school club DII, Bergen County and Princeton AC roll onto the finals after huge wins over Somerset and Monmouth, respectively. Bergen shut out Somerset 58-0 and Princeton AC pounded Monmouth 79-7.
In the single school bracket, Delbarton crushed Christian Brothers 60-3 to advance to the final, and St. Peter’s Prep avenged a regular season loss against St. Augustine’s 32-12.
