Dan Currie, EPRU High School Boys Select Coordinator has announced that the EPRU High School Boys Select program will be introducing 7’s in its 2012 program. The first step of this effort will be a Boys EPRU 7’s Camp on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at University of Delaware. It will start at 5 P.M. and conclude at 10:15 P.M.

This will be the first of several boy’s high school 7’s camps to be held this spring. The goal of these camps is to teach all aspects of the 7’s game and to select 24 players to represent the 2012 Boys EPRU Select in several tournaments this year.

EPRU High School All-Star Coaches and Selectors will be present and evaluating players for the 2012 All-Star 7’s squad. The clinic will be similar to the MARFU Men’s 7’s Combine event held in June, 2011 in Wilmington, Delaware. Some of the organizers of that combine have developed this high school clinic. All High School coaches and players are welcome to participate regardless of membership in the EPRU.
