Virtually all men living in the U.S. must register with Selective Service within 30 days of their 18th birthday. Men who fail to register become ineligible for important opportunities such as student loans, job training programs, citizenship for male immigrants, and driver’s license renewal in most states. In addition, registration is required for employment with the federal government, numerous state and local agencies, and a growing number of private employers. Men who fail to register by age 26 can be PERMANENTLY barred from these opportunities. Learn more, check your status, or register today at www.sss.gov.

We enter 2013 with many questions for the Boys High School Club scene. This bracket is usually a little more unpredictable than the single-school competitions, because recruited players could come from virtually anywhere.

So this is our first attempt. There is no reason, at present, to drop Cathedral down, although we suspect United, which was a young team last season, will be very strong.

Marin Highlanders get a boost because they showed very well at the 2012 NIT, and return most of their team.

What about Highland? The longtime championship team is back competing but is, we've been told, competing as a single-school. We have not ranked them at all because we need to see some results first.
