Northampton beat Wasps 32-15 in Premiership play. Samua Manoa and Chris Biller did not suit up for the Saints, while Paul Emerick came on as a sub for Wasps.
Seta Tuilevuka did not play for Montpellier in their loss to Castres.
In the Championship, England's 2nd-tier competition, Shawn Pittman came on as a sub for London Welsh in their defeat of Doncaster. Andrew Suniula was outstanding for Cornish Pirates in their win over Rotherham. Mike MacDonald did not play and Robbie Shaw was on the bench as Leeds tied Bedford. The Championship is now in its promotion playoff phase. London Welsh is 2nd in Pool A, and in Pool B the Pirates are 2nd and Leeds are in last place, 4th.
