| Swiryn Gets Game Time, Try Time |
| International - Americans Overseas |
|
Today was a big day for USA wing Kevin Swiryn, as he came off the bench to score a try for Agen in their Amlin Challenge Cup match against La Vila. Agen won 50-10. This was Swiryn’s first game in some time for Agen, and could be the start of more playing time for the former St. Mary’s captain. Also this weekend in European Cup action, Stade Francais won, but did not use Scott LaValla. Taku Ngwenya’s Biarritz scored two tries to the Ospreys won, but Dan Biggar hit seven penalties for the Welsh club’s 28-21 victory. Samu Manoa was on the bench for Northampton as they went down 23-21 to Munster. |
